The Miller of Mansfield is a foodie destination and restaurant with rooms in Goring-on-Thames on the Oxfordshire-Berkshire border. It’s also home to Mary & Nick Galer who bring their Fat Duck Group experience to provide a very warm welcome and foodie flair.
It was Nick’s culinary creativity that Chris Gamm, Editor of The Caterer, focused on during a recent visit and in this September 2019 Menuwatch column.
Nick trained with Roux Scholar, Matthew Tomkinson and opened Heston Blumenthal’s The Crown in Bray as Head Chef. So he knows how to sharpen a knife and work the sous vide machine.
